Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

• Valid passport

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

ade999 has a zero-tolerance policy towards financial fraud, money laundering, and the use of the platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gaming. Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity — a practice known as "money cycling" — is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be engaged in such activity will be immediately suspended, balances will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter will be reported to relevant financial authorities where required by applicable law.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before the associated winnings become withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category are displayed within the individual offer terms. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution will not count towards wagering requirements.

5.3 Seasonal & Cricket Promotions

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of using the ade999 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes. You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using someone else's payment account, or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting software errors to generate artificial winnings, or systematically playing in ways designed to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine entertainment.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ade999 platform — including but not limited to the ade999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other original works — is the exclusive intellectual property of ade999 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ade999 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the ade999 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the ade999 platform or any of its content.
• Use any ade999 trade marks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the ade999 platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of ade999 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal proceedings. ade999 actively enforces its intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ade999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ade999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including forfeiture of bonus funds or account closure.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your ade999 login credentials.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or live casino operators.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data, whether or not ade999 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

ade999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform stability and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your ade999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing an account closure request, ade999 will verify your identity and confirm that there are no pending withdrawals, active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, or open bets outstanding on your account.

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 3–5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by ade999

ade999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Receipt of a valid legal instruction from a regulatory authority, court, or law enforcement body requiring account closure or asset freezing.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against ade999 without prior contact with the support team.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ade999 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, where ade999 withdraws services from a particular market), any real-money balance will be returned to the player in full.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ade999 will attempt to notify the account holder via email prior to applying any dormancy policy. After 12 months of inactivity, ade999 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from any remaining balance. Responsible Gaming

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ade999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ade999 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

12.4 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving users in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ade999 platform shall first be submitted to the ade999 customer support team for informal resolution. ade999 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. ade999's decisions on matters of platform policy, account management, and game outcome disputes are final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
